I have been on a deep dive with my faith over the last few years and explored lots of inner healing techniques and I truly believe that part of my God-given mission on this earth is to share these things, and the love of Jesus, with other people. I spent many many years as an overachieving, stressed out, crabby at times, engineer. I worked myself into an efficient robot with suppressed feelings. But eventually, my soul was quietly whispering that she needed to wake up in order to survive. I always believed in God but never understood the concept of active faith, an active and continuous conversation with God, until recently. It has been life giving and live changing. And I want to share the peace that only Jesus can provide with you too. There is no judgment here, no comparison. Just a container and catalyst for you to connect with God in whatever way works best for you. These are just a few of the techniques that I have found super helpful over the last few years.
